Hi! I am Patricia, baker and owner of Cookie Chaos. I have always loved baking since I was a kid (thanks to my mom) and my favorite was baking cookies! When I had my daughters, I shared this hobby with them and we would spend weekends in the kitchen baking cookies, cupcakes, dessert bars, and any sweet treats we can think of (yes, we all have a sweet tooth).

My girls were actually the ones that came up with the name Cookie Chaos, since all three of us would be in a wonderful chaos while baking up a storm of desserts!!

When COVID hit and had us all on lockdown last 2020, baking became a source of joy and positivity for me, amidst the uncertainty that surrounded the global pandemic. So, with my Chocolate Chip recipe, I started baking again and offering them to friends and family. It slowly picked up and people were loving the authenticity and consistent quality of my cookies. I then decided to take a chance and create a social media account showcasing my cookies. I also thought of other flavors that I would love to see in a cookie -- Ube, being my fave flavor in desserts, being one of them. After a few months of launching Cookie Chaos, I then introduced my original recipe - the Ube Toffee Crunch. It has a perfect combination of that rich, deep flavor of Ube and the salty, sweetness of the toffee bits. Most recently, I also created the Pandan cookie with (dried) Mango bits, which was highly influenced by childhood memories of Cebu, my home island in the Philippines. 

Today, we here at Cookie Chaos continue to bake each of these cookies with high-quality ingredients and with so much love, joy and enthusiasm! In sharing these delicious treats with everyone, I hope in our own little way, we are able to bring happiness through our desserts!

It's been almost 3 years now since we officially started Cookie Chaos and I am proud to say, we are going strong! We would not be here right now without the overwhelming love and support of our local community, our family, the other small businesses that help promote us, and most especially you our beloved customers!
