Is there a minimum purchase required?

Yes, our minimum order for delivery and shipping is $36. Please note that "Delivery" options won't appear during checkout if you don't meet this amount.

As for pick-up, our minimum purchase is $18. There is no way for the system to check this -- so please make sure you reach this minimum before submitting your pickup order.

When do you deliver?

Deliveries are usually scheduled on Saturdays & Sundays. 

Make sure to enter under "Special Instructions" box on what day you prefer your delivery.

Delivery times will be confirmed by text/email after order is processed. 

Is there a delivery fee?

We offer FREE delivery up to 10 miles out from our main address. For addresses within 20 miles, we will charge $18. For addresses within 30 miles, we will charge a flat rate of $28.

Where is the pick up location?

Pick up will be at Alhambra,CA. Specific pick up time will be confirmed via text/email after order is received. 

Do any of your products contain allergens? 

Our Ube Toffee Crunch Cookie contains almonds (tree nuts). Additionally, all of our products are baked with wheat, eggs and dairy, and in a kitchen that may come in contact with tree nuts. 

What is the product dwelling time?

If stored in a sealed container, your treats will stay fresh for 7-10 days in room temperature, and 2-3 weeks if refrigerated.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?

Yes, we do! Feel free to submit a custom bulk order form HERE.

Do you have additional retail locations?

For those days when your cookie cravings are just too much to handle, you can find our yummy delicacies at:

Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes! We can package each cookie individually with NSF-approved poly bags or paper bags with our logo sticker for an additional fee of $5 per dozen. We can also customize printed stickers for any occasion. Be sure to note this at checkout if this option is desired.
